I hired Val to furnish and outfit our summer home we built on Vancouver Island. She was tasked of furnishing everything from top to bottom. It was a bit challenging meshing the "his" and "hers" as we spend a lot of time fishing there with the guys, but also wanted to make it a place that my wife would enjoy. We actually never met in person. We did everything remotely. I provided her with the home plans and she designed the best fit for all the furniture and furnishings. She worked within our budget and was very timely with everything and communicated every step of the way. She did such a great job with the entire house, and what I really appreciated was her consciousness of the budget.  She provided great quality where it really mattered, and found great values in the items that weren't as important for day to day use. Her team arrived and setup the home turnkey so all we had to do was bring our clothes.
