Design is my love language and I embrace it all. From new-builds & renovations to furniture selection, styling & decor. Whether you are considering a one room renovation, or building an entire home from the ground up, I love helping you plan & select each and every detail of your home. I will work closely with your architect and builder from the concept stage to the smallest detail. I can also jump in when you simply need to revive your existing home with fresh new décor. I am here for you through every step of your design project, in whichever capacity you require.

Submit an enquiry & let me know how I can ease some pressure. You will receive a message back outlining my services & fees. If you like what you see, we'll set up a phone consultation to dig a little deeper. I will want to know your project goals as well as desired budget. On my end I will let you know how the design process works and what you can expect from me. It’s a chance to ask questions and discuss concerns you may have, as well as determine how I will best be able to help you. (It is not always a one size fits all approach.) If we all decide we'd like to work together, we will set up our Design Consultation..

DESIGN CONSULT
This is where you get to spill all your hopes & dreams as we meet in your home or on the construction site. I will review plans and/or assess your current interior. During our meeting measurements are taken & we dig deeper than the initial phone call. I will review the functions you crave from your home and your ideal style so that we can create the perfect mix of function & eye candy for YOUR lifestyle. As this is a paid for consultation, I will not hold back with the ideas! It is helpful if you share your intended vision via Pinterest or Houzz. (I also love a few images torn out of a magazine or two) so I can be sure I have you figured out! After we meet, I will prepare your custom Design Proposal which will outline the Scope of Work & estimated investment. Once accepted, we begin the design process!

DESIGN PROCESS & PRESENTATION
Now we enter the Design Phase & get to work! During this phase I will maintain communication with you while I work to create a design package based on all of the information gathered from you and my own artistry. At your design presentation, you'll be able to visualize your entire project through the use of concept photos, computer- drafted floor plans, fabric & paint samples, and other materials I recommend. A series of meetings may be required. Once the design has settled into its perfect happy place and the final design is approved, we move on to the Implementation!

IMPLEMENTATION
Upon approval of the Design Presentation I will begin working diligently away at implementation. The various duties could include; site meetings, detailed drawings, finish specifications, administration, ordering, coordinating, follow up communications, lifting heavy things and fluffing pillows. I will see your project through til the end. Its real & it’s exciting, it’s messy & it’s beautiful.
