LAKEVIEW ~2~ RENOVATION

This project was another near & dear one. This was my 3rd project with this family and it’s always such a joy when you get to that point in your relationship where you just get eachother. This was a TOTAL renovation. We completely flipped the location of the kitchen & living room ( which was the brainchild of one of the Daughters BTW) and did a total overhaul on the exterior. This house went from 90’s chaos to a beautiful, clean & classic stunner of a home that we are all proud of.

• conceptual sketches of exterior changes to be made, including sourcing of materials

• revisions to existing floor plans and home layout

• complete custom cabinetry/millwork package including plans & elevations

• finishes package, including flooring, counters, backsplash, wallpaper, paint & lacquer specs.

• complete lighting & plumbing package

• assist with decor sourcing, including fabrics for reupholstering of exisiting furniture

• custom draperies.
